Abstract: Fibrous dysplasia is a congenital non-hereditary disorder of bone dysplasia in which fibrous tissue replaces normal bone tissue. Aneurysmal bone cysts are lytic lesions made up of multiple blood-filled cavities. It is rare for two diseases to occur in the same body at the same time, and it is even rarer for the disease to occur in the same area. This article reported a case of jaw complicated by poor fibrous structure and aneurysmal bone cyst, and reviewed the relevant literature for discussion.
