Palatal venous malformation with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia: report of one case

Abstract: Oral and maxillofacial venous malformation is a benign vascular disease, which is a kind of common low-flow vascular malformation. The lesions were mainly located in the skin of the face, subcutaneous tissue and oral mucosa. It affects facial aesthetics and function, and often accompanied by bleeding and other complications. This disease complicated with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia(HHT) is rare. This paper reported a case of palatal venous malformation with HHT, and reviewed the related literatures.
