Primary ectopic meningioma of the mandible: a case report

Abstract

Abstract: Ectopic meningioma is a meningioma that occurs outside the central nervous system and has a low incidence. This paper retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of a case of ectopic meningioma originating from the mandible, introduced its clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment strategies, and discussed its clinical characteristics, differential diagnosis and treatment based on literature reviews, so as to improve the understanding of the disease.
