Abstract: Unilateral condylar hypertrophy (UCH) is a kind of developmental asymmetry of jaw bone diseases, its etiology and pathogenesis are not clear. The main manifestations are unilateral condylar overgrowth, progressive facial deviation, occlusal disorder, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, etc. Patients often seek treatment for facial asymmetry. This paper reported a case of UCH. The patient had left condylar hypertrophy and mandibular deformity which significantly affected occlusal function. The patient's facial shape and occlusal function improved after left high condylectomy, maxillary Le Fort I osteotomy and bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy. In the diagnosis and treatment process, software was used to carry out virtual surgical design, and 3D occlusal splints was used during operation, which shortened the operation time and achieved good surgical results.
