口腔颌面部血管瘤诊治进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 口腔颌面部血管瘤是血管先天性良性肿瘤,是软组织常见的肿瘤之一,常会对正常组织形态及功能造成不良影响,严重者甚至危及生命。该病发病机制尚不明确,临床上可根据症状、体征、影像学及病理学检查做出诊断。目前随着技术的发展,多种方法均逐渐应用于该病的治疗中,为口腔颌面部血管瘤患者带来了福音。本文就近年来口腔颌面部血管瘤诊治的进展做一综述。

关键词: 口腔颌面部血管瘤, 诊断, 治疗

Abstract: Oral and maxillofacial hemangioma is a common congenital hemangioma, it is one of the common tumors of soft tissue which often had bad effects on the morphology and function of normal tissue, or even be life-threatening in serious cases. Although its pathogenesis has not been fully understood until now, a diagnosis could be made based on symptoms, signs, imagology and pathology. With the development of technology, various methods are gradually applied in the treatment of the disease, which brings good news to patients with oral and maxillofacial hemangioma. This review was aimed to summarize the latest advances in the diagnosis and treatment of oral and maxillofacial hemangioma.
