摘要/Abstract

摘要： 炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤(inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor,IMT)是一种较为少见的间充质肿瘤,由大量梭形细胞组成,伴有淋巴细胞、浆细胞等炎性细胞浸润。本文报告发生于腮腺区的1例IMT病例,同时结合相关文献对IMT的病因、临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后进行复习,以提高临床医师对发生于腮腺区IMT的认识。

Abstract: Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor(IMT) is a rare mesenchymal tumor composed of a large number of spindle cells with infiltration of inflammatory cells such as lymphocytes and plasma cells. This paper reported a case of IMT in parotid region, and reviewed the etiology, clinical features, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of IMT in combination with relevant literature, so as to improve the clinician's understanding of IMT in parotid region.
