A case of Castleman's disease in the parotid gland of children and review of literature

Abstract: This article reported a case of Castleman's disease in the parotid gland of a girl. The clinical manifestation of this patient was painless and gradually enlarged in the right parotid gland, without other accompanying symptoms. The treatment was surgical resection, and postoperative pathological diagnosis was Castleman's disease (unicentric, hyaline vascular type). The related literatures were reviewed in order to improve the in-depth understanding of this disease.
