Abstract: Osteoradionecrosis of the mandible is a late radiation-induced complication that becomes a major concern of head and neck cancer survivors. In this study, we presented a patient with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) who developed extensive bilateral osteoradionecrosis of the ascending ramus of the mandible. Preoperative virtual surgical planning was performed, the obtained data were then utilized to fabricate patient-specific cutting templates. The bilateral mandibular defects were reconstructed using 2 separate flaps based on a single fibula. Both of the defects were successfully reconstructed, and aesthetic and functional results were satisfactory.
