摘要: 自体牙移植是修复缺失牙的一种手术方法,虽然适应证选择较严格,但是随着自体牙移植技术的不断发展,越来越多的研究在一定程度上拓展了自体牙移植以往的适应证。本文总结了近年来报道的有关自体牙移植的各类临床适应证及研究进展,包括自体牙移植的优点,受区伴有炎症时行即刻自体移植,人工材料在受区骨量不足的移植病例中的应用,自体牙移植在各种口腔疾病中的应用以及不同类型自体牙的移植等,旨在为临床提供参考。
