上颌窦近端型上皮样肉瘤1例报告及文献复习

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 上皮样肉瘤是软组织肉瘤中一种非常罕见的组织学类型，常表现为青少年肢体远端的皮下组织或真皮内肿物。其中有一型具有较高的侵袭性，称之为“近端型”上皮样肉瘤。本文报告1例16岁女性患者，其症状初期表现为左侧颊部进行性肿胀伴疼痛，在进行专科检查及影像学检查后，初步考虑为左侧上颌窦内恶性肿瘤，伴局部骨质破坏。随后根据其组织病理学表现和免疫组织化学特征，最终确诊为近端型上皮样肉瘤。对该患者进行左上颌骨次全切除术，术后随访1 a，未见复发和转移迹象。
