摘要/Abstract

摘要： 肺外小细胞神经内分泌癌是极为罕见且具有高度恶性的肿瘤,临床诊断时多数已是晚期,预后较差。该病的诊断主要依赖于肿瘤的形态学表现和免疫组织化学特征。本文报告1例舌根转移性小细胞神经内分泌癌,结合临床考虑为宫颈来源,通过回顾国内外文献对其诊断和治疗进行讨论。

关键词: 小细胞癌, 神经内分泌癌, 免疫组织化学

Abstract: Extra-pulmonary small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma is rare and very highly malignant disease, which is generally diagnosed at an advanced stage and has a poor prognosis. The diagnosis is based essentially on the morphological appearance of the tumor, confirmed by immunocytochemical features. We here contributed by reporting a case of tongue metastasis from primary cervical small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma and reviewed the current literatures about its diagnosis and treatment.
