下颌骨髁突囊内骨折治疗研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目前学术界对于下颌骨髁突囊内骨折治疗方式的选择依然存在较大争议，主要集中在是选择保守治疗还是早期积极的手术治疗，尤其是当囊内骨折伴发关节盘、关节囊等软组织损伤时，目前依然没有清晰的处理准则和指南可供借鉴。本文通过回顾近年来有关髁突囊内骨折治疗的文献报道，总结其治疗方法，理清治疗思路，为临床工作提供指导。
