摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的总结应用坚固内固定治疗面骨骨折的经验。方法回顾分析2014年1月—2016年12月间因面骨骨折行切开复位、坚固内固定治疗的115例患者的临床资料,总结临床应用经验。结果 115例面骨骨折行坚固内固定治疗,109例术后外形及功能恢复良好,占94.8%。结论坚固内固定技术治疗面骨骨折效果确切,是治疗面骨骨折的良好方法。

Abstract: PURPOSE: To analyze and summarize the experience of rigid internal fixation for 115 patients with maxillofacial fractures. METHODS: A retrospective study was conducted in 115 patients with maxillofacial fractures from January 2014 to December 2016. The experience of open reduction and rigid internal fixation were summarized and analyzed. RESULTS: One hundred and fifteen patients with maxillofacial fractures were treated by rigid internal fixation. 109 patients had satisfied functional and esthetic results (94.8%). CONCLUSIONS: Rigid internal fixation is a reliable method to treat maxillofacial fractures.
