摘要: 骨移植技术在种植前骨增量中应用广泛,临床上常用的骨移植材料有自体骨,同种异体骨、异种骨和人工合成骨材料。其中,自体骨具有骨生长的3大特性:骨传导、骨诱导以及骨生成作用,被视为骨移植的金标准。本文针对种植前的自体骨移植进行综述,从移植物的结构、形态、取骨部位、取骨方法等方面进行总结,并展望自体骨移植的应用前景。
