摘要/Abstract

摘要： 口腔鳞状细胞癌是头颈部最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。虽然口腔鳞癌的诊疗水平取得了一定进步,但患者总体生存率并无显著改善,需要前瞻性临床研究推动诊治水平的进一步提升,优化和更新诊治指南。多学科协作诊疗模式（multidisciplinary team,MDT）在口腔鳞癌疑难病例的治疗中已经显示出其优越性,得到了广泛认可。为了进一步提高口腔鳞癌的临床诊疗水平,本文对MDT模式用于指导开展并优化口腔鳞癌的临床研究进展做一综述。

Abstract: Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is one of the most common malignancies in the head and neck region. Although the diagnosis and treatment of OSCC have achieved significant improvement, the overall survival has shown little improvement in recent years. Clinical trials are encouraged to promote the diagnosis and treatment as well as update and optimize the clinical guidelines. Multidisciplinary team(MDT) is a model which has demonstrated its superiority in the treatment for intractable OSCC cases, gradually gaining wide adoption and promotion. This paper discussed the role of clinical research MDT in OSCC management.
