摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文报告2例外院拔除上颌阻生第三磨牙时,牙意外移位至上颌窦后外侧壁的罕见病例,详述其转诊至我院后的诊疗过程及临床资料分析,并结合文献复习,探讨上颌阻生第三磨牙拔除时,牙误入上颌窦后外侧壁的发生原因、临床诊断要点、治疗方案选择及预防措施,旨在为临床医师提供参考,提高对该类并发症的认识及处理能力。

Abstract: This paper presented two rare cases of accidental displacement of maxillary impacted third molars into the posterior lateral wall of the maxillary sinus during extraction at a local hospital. The diagnosis, management, and clinical data of these referred cases were described in detail. Combined with a literature review, we discussed the etiology, diagnostic criteria, treatment strategies, and preventive measures for this uncommon complication. This report aimed to provide reference for clinicians and enhance their awareness and management capabilities regarding to such complications.
