摘要/Abstract

摘要： 面颅骨复制（亦称双面畸形）是一种罕见且复杂的先天性异常,表现为面部结构的完全或部分重复。部分面颅骨复制涵盖多种畸形,包括口腔结构重复。其治疗方法因复制类型不同而异,尚无统一术式。本文报告1例2岁7个月的女性患儿,其下唇及下颌骨存在不同程度的重复畸形,详细阐述手术方式及过程,并对该畸形的发病机制及分类进行文献回顾分析。

Abstract: Craniofacial duplication, also known as diprosopus, is a rare and complex craniofacial skeletal abnormality characterized by the complete duplication of facial structures. Partial facial duplication encompasses a variety of congenital abnormalities, including duplication of the oral cavity. Treatment methods vary depending on the type of duplication, with no uniform surgical approach. This paper reported a case of a 2-year-and-7-month-old female child with varying degrees of duplication deformities in the lower lip and mandible. It elaborated on the surgical method and process in detail, and conducted a literature review and analysis on the pathogenesis and classification of this deformity.
