摘要：

The 16th International Workshop on Vascular Anomalies of ISSVA (International Society for the Study of Vascular Anomalies) was held on June 14-17, 2006 in Milan, Italy. Dr. Zheng Jia-wei and Qin Zhong-ping from the mainland of China attended this meeting and gave oral presentations. This meeting reflects the state of art knowledge both on scientific research and clinical management of vascular anomalies. The classification of vascular anomalies originally proposed by Dr.Mulliken and Glowacki, subsequently modified by ISSVA has been coincidently accepted in academic exchanges. Multidisciplinary approach to vascular anomalies has been consented to individual patient, based on the patient%27s age, type, location and extent of the lesion, with the aim to achieve the best treatment results and minimize sequelae simultaneously.
