摘要/Abstract

摘要： Stafne骨腔是一种罕见的、多发生于下颌骨后方舌侧的骨质缺损,其病因尚不明确,临床上病变多呈静止状态,患者通常无自觉症状。本文报告1例合并下颌下腺慢性炎症的Stafne骨腔病例,随访过程中发现骨腔进行性增大。本病例报告强调了Stafne骨腔随访的重要性以及手术时机的选择。

关键词: Stafne骨腔, 静止性骨腔, 骨腔增大, 下颌下腺炎

Abstract: Stafne bone cavity is a rare bony defect on the lingual side of the mandible with unclear etiology. Most cases are clinically static and asymptomatic. This article described a case of progressive enlargement of a Stafne bone cavity with chronic submandibular gland inflammation. This case report highlighted the significance of follow-up for Stafne bone cavity and the choice of timing for surgery.
