摘要/Abstract

摘要： 静脉畸形是常见的口腔颌面部良性血管疾病,病变主要位于颜面部皮肤、皮下组织和口腔黏膜,影响面部功能及美观,易伴有出血等并发症。此病合并遗传性出血性毛细血管扩张症（hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia,HHT）较少见。本文报告1例腭静脉畸形合并HHT病例,复习相关文献进行讨论。

Abstract: Oral and maxillofacial venous malformation is a benign vascular disease, which is a kind of common low-flow vascular malformation. The lesions were mainly located in the skin of the face, subcutaneous tissue and oral mucosa. It affects facial aesthetics and function, and often accompanied by bleeding and other complications. This disease complicated with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia(HHT) is rare. This paper reported a case of palatal venous malformation with HHT, and reviewed the related literatures.
