摘要/Abstract

摘要： 罗道病又称为Rosai-Dorfman病,是一种罕见疾病,为非朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症的一种,目前病因不明,治疗方法也未统一。目前关于其研究大多数为个案报道,发生于腮腺部位的较少见。本文报告1例腮腺区域的罗道病,并结合文献复习对其临床表现、病因、诊断及治疗等进行讨论,为临床提供参考。

Abstract: Rosai-Dorfman disease is a rare disorder classified as a type of non-Langerhans cell histiocytosis. Its etiology remains unclear, and there is no unified treatment approach to date. Most current studies on this disease are case reports, and cases occurring in the parotid gland are relatively rare. This article reported a case of Rosai-Dorfman disease in the parotid gland region, and discussed its clinical manifestations, etiology, diagnosis, and treatment in combination with a literature review, aiming to provide a reference for clinical practice.
