摘要： 唇癌是头颈肿瘤中常见的恶性肿瘤之一,由于其位置特殊,术后缺损修复对患者面部美观至关重要。本文报告并讨论1例采用血管化游离唇复合组织瓣修复下唇癌术后缺损的病例,通过制备上唇复合组织唇瓣,运用超级显微外科技术吻合上、下唇唇动脉,修复术后下唇缺损,达到患者满意的修复效果。

Abstract: Lip cancer is one of the common malignant tumors among head and neck tumors. Due to its special location, the reconstruction of defects after surgery is crucial for facial aesthetics of the patients. This study reported and discussed a case in which vascularized free composite tissue flaps were used to repair postoperative defects of the lower lip after lip cancer surgery. By preparing a composite tissue flap from the upper lip and using supermicrosurgical techniques to anastomose the labial arteries of the upper and lower lips, the postoperative defect of the lower lip was repaired, achieving satisfactory results for the patient.
